Train to Gain is a skills brokerage service managed and funded by the Learning and Skills Council to help businesses get the training they need to succeed. The service offers advice on business needs and matches training needs with training providers. Train to Gain is playing a major part in addressing the UK skill shortage, a shortage which impacts on UK productivity and competitiveness.

Train to Gain Skills Brokers provide a free, independent and impartial assessment to identify your business needs now and for the future.
